This concert was based on Book 4 of the Psalms, and took place at Oxford University in July 2019. It was produced by the Society for Old Testament Study (SOTS), which is a learned society of professional scholars and others committed to the study of the Old Testament / Hebrew Bible.
Three of my pieces were performed as part of the final Psalms Concert:
- Performance of Mah Gadlu (Psalm 92) by Worcester College Choir
- The first performance of Barchi Nafshi (Psalm 103)
- The first performance of Shiru Ladonai (Psalm 96) by Alexander Massey and Matthew Faulk
It was a wonderful evening of music and lively discussion, and I remain honoured to have participated in my own small way.
